HOW TO BOOK
You can ask availability of one of our apartments in Torino, or apartments, houses in Liguria by sending an e mail to: maria@saltway.it or clicking to "Booking On-line".
After our e-mail confirmation you must pay a deposit of about 20% of the total cost of your accommodation.
The difference of the amount has to be payed when you receive the key of the apartment or just before you arrival

You can pay the deposit using one of the following methods of payment

When payment has been made, client will be sent a receipt for the amount of the payment

Clients staying in our flats will also be asked to pay a cautional deposit of about 50/150 EURO per apartment depending on the length of their stay.
This caution must be paid ( to a staff member) when you collect the keys to your flat on your arrival in the city. It will be returned before your departure but only after the flat has been inspected , and the cost of any damage or missing items has been deducted.

PENALTIES FOR CANCELLING A BOOKING
If the client has already paid the balance of the total cost of the accommodation booked , the penalties for cancellation are as follows:
If a client cancels a booking confirmed by us (where we have already issued a receipt for the deposit) he/she will lose the entire amount of the deposit.
Clients are required to pay a deposit as a protection for Salt way. who find and hold the accommodation requested.
50% for cancellation 15 days or less before expected date of arrival
75% for cancellation 10 days or less before expected date of arrival
100% for cancellation 4 days or less before expected date of arrival
